Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. To help us maintain the highest standard of service and ensure availability for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

If you are unable to cancel your appointment online or cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 057 868 2586, emailing irishandandfootspa@gmail.com, or messaging us on Facebook. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Failure to notify us may result in a 100% deposit requirement for future bookings.

New Clients: A 50% deposit is required to secure your first appointment. This can be paid over the phone or in person at the salon. If the deposit is not received, your appointment may be cancelled.
